El Jinete serves the same menu at all three locations: sizzling fajitas, molcajetes, quesabirria, burritos and grilled plates, with micheladas, frozen drinks and cantaritos from the bar. Deer Park doubles as a sports bar.
The horseman
El Jinete means the horseman. You will find him on the sign out front: a vaquero swinging his lasso against the sunset, with a longhorn standing in for the T.
